Satisfied or Refunded
If one of your products is broken or has a defect, we will replace the said product subject to sending us, within 48 hours of receipt of the order at email@example.com:
- A photo of the broken item
- A photo of the product barcode
- Your order number
The replacement product will be sent to the same delivery address as soon as possible.
You have 14 clear days to make your refund request and return your package, from the reception of your order.
Reasons for retraction
If despite all our attention, our products do not meet your expectations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The exercise of this right of withdrawal is only possible if the products are in their original packaging, are intact and accompanied by all accessories, instructions, documentation and proof of purchase.
Please return your products within 14 days of exercising your right of cancellation to the following address:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipment.
Your order will be refunded to you via the payment method used at the time of your order.
La Table d'Arc undertakes to reimburse your order in full within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your package in our premises, excluding return costs.
Return shipping costs are refunded only if the package is returned due to the responsibility of the company.
