    • What can I do if my products are broken?


    If upon receipt of your package if one or more of your products are broken.

    Send an email to with:

    - Your order number

    - A photo of the broken items and their barcodes

    - The quantity of broken items.

    Once we have received your email, we will return the replacement items to the same delivery address as soon as possible.


    • What can I do if I am not satisfied with my order?


    You have 14 days from receipt of your order to fill in the withdrawal form and to turn over the goods, in good condition.

    As soon as we receive the goods, we will refund you via the payment method you used when you made your purchase.


    • How do I track my order?


    Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail.

    You will find your parcel number and the link to track your order.


    • My order is in status "Finished" but I still haven't received my delivery number, is this normal?


    An order in "Completed" status means that it has been prepared and is waiting to be packed and picked up by the carrier.

    You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.

    • What is the delivery zone of La Table d'Arc?


    It is possible to be delivered in the following countries :

    • How much are the shipping costs of my order?


    Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the weight of your shopping cart.

    You can find out the delivery costs of your order by going directly to your shopping cart.

    You just have to click on all to see and estimate the delivery.


    • What are the delivery times for my order?


    It usually takes 3 to 4 working days to receive your order, if the products ordered are available in our warehouse.


    • Which are the various types of delivery?


    As with all e-commerce sites, La Table d'Arc offers several delivery methods.

    The first is to have the products delivered directly to your home without a signature.

    The second solution will be to send the products to a relay point, which can be picked up directly, subject to presentation of proof of identity. Attention, the parcel will be returned to our warehouses if you do not collect your items within 14 days.

    The last solution, for any order over 20 kilograms, the package will be sent in a pallet directly to your home.


    • Why does one propose only the delivery to me by pallet?


    The delivery by SHENKER pallet is only proposed to you because your order is too important for a traditional delivery by colissimo or relay chrono (order of more than 20 kilograms).


    • What if I haven't received all my products?

    If any items are missing from your delivery, please check that you have received all the packages we have sent you.

    If you have several parcels, it will be indicated on your box "1/2" or "2/2". In case you are missing a box, it can be delivered to you on a staggered basis.

    • How to register my promotional code?


    The promotion code must be registered in your shopping cart, in the "Codes of handing-over" and to click on "Apply" When you click on your shopping cart, you will see this part in top on the right of your screen.


    • I found a promotional code on the internet, but it doesn't work?


    It is possible that certain promotional codes in circulation on Internet are not currently valid any more. If that arrives we will not be able unfortunately to apply the handing-over.e.

    Only Smart Cuisine dishes are oven-safe in the Luminarc ranges.
